After two years with more then 100 live shows in Germany’s Rock and Blues clubs (including gigs with Blues Company, Rudy Rotta, Pewee Bluesgang...) and over 700 EPs sold, MariusTillyBand released their first album “Blue Colors Red Lights” in autumn 2012. The trio’s energetic songs create a compelling dynamic at live shows just as on CD, that is simply one of a kind. With the songwriting at the heart of his creative work, Marius Tilly over the years developed a voice which is both timeless and authentic. Benjamin Oppermann and Max Wastl, both musicians of exceptional talent, understand like no other rhythm section around, how to integrate the immense creative potential of the songs into those no-chance-to-sit-still, finger-and-leg-tapping grooves and rhythms everybody loves. Nach zwei Jahren auf Tour, mit über 100 Liveauftritten in deutschen Rock- und Bluesclubs (u.a. mit der Blues Company, Rudy Rotta, Peewee Bluesgang) und 700 verkauften EPs, veröffentlicht die MariusTillyBand im Herbst 2012 ihr erstes Album: „Blue Colors, Red Lights“. Die energiegeladenen Songs des Trios entfachen sowohl live, als auch im Studio, eine fesselnde Dynamik, die ihres Gleichen sucht. Mit dem Songwriting im Mittelpunkt hat Marius Tilly über die Jahre zu einer ganz eigenen Stimme gefunden, die genauso authentisch wie zeitlos wirkt. Die Ausnahmetalente Benjamin Oppermann und Max Wastl wissen es wie keine zweite Rhythmusgruppe das musikalische Konzept der Band umzusetzen. Mit Timo Gross, einem der wohl angesehensten Bluesmusiker dieser Zeit, hätten sie keinen passenderen Produzenten finden können.
